Our comprehensive service to telecommunication network providers, encompasses the initial network planning right through to a full time support structure. COMMITMENT TO TRAINING
It’s important to us that everyone on the team has the correct training. Every single operative that works for JBlendz Communications is trained in: wired-copper and fiber installation/repairs. Our training policy is arranged so that all sites will have certain key workers who have received the necessary training to use the plant and equipment used on that site. If a specific need arises on a particular site, the relevant training would be arranged to cover the item of plant or equipment to be used.
All personnel working on a site will also receive a full induction training session before starting work. It consists of being briefed on site rules, health and safety procedures. We see this as a vital component of our identity. Safe staff and a safe environment means it’s also safer for the general public.

The health, safety and welfare of our employees, supply chain and everyone affected by our works are of critical importance to us. To this end, maintaining and ever improving our health and safety culture are key objectives of our business.
Clear goals & objectives are set each year by the Board to ensure that the company is constantly looking to critically assess the way it operates to promote a positive H&S culture within its activities.
Our ultimate aim is for zero incidents and to achieve this target we will work closely with our supply chain, maintaining an open door policy to discuss health and safety issues and giving recognition and praise for safe working, good attitude and good practice, in return we expect:

• Adequate resources are made available to complete the works in a safe manner
• Our policy and procedures are adhered to at all times
